I just purchased design 271080, a monogram font. How do i type in the est. year & can i remove the family name if i choose to. I thought i would just ungroup it but it doesnt seem to work like that. Thanks in advance
Hi Leslie,
In order to manipulate the monogram font, you just need to:
1. Select the character and then UNGROUP.
2. Select the character and then RELEASE THE COMPOUND PATH.
To add the name or year, just type that in the font of your choice and then move it and layer on top of the the design as desired. Be sure to weld any script fonts you may use so it all cuts properly.
