Game Day Fabric by Lori Whitlock

Hi Everyone!  I’m so excited to be the last stop on my blog tour for my new Game Day fabric collection from Riley Blake!  I hope you’ve enjoyed the other stops on this tour!   If you haven’t had a chance to see the other posts, here is a list of the participants:

April 24  Beri Bee Designs
April 25  Quiltscapes
April 26 Ameroonie Designs
April 27 Hem Me In (Formerly Fishsticks Designs)
April 28 Here!

A lot of people tell me it can be difficult to find great masculine fabric. Hopefully you fall in love with Game Day just as much as I have. Game Day is the collection to make projects for boys of all ages. This collection is filled with all sorts of sports imagery, game plays, numbers, game tickets, and stripes.

I really love the colors in this collection. They really work well together to create projects that pop. How fun is this simple baby quilt showcasing all the fabrics?!

Here is a link to the storyboard so you can take a closer look at all the awesome patterns included in this collection.

If you have not had the chance, be sure to go back and check out the inspiring projects from the other Blog Tour participants (list at top of this post)! Feel free to follow us on Facebook and post your creations using Game Day there.

Have a great day!

  1. I’m loving your material line. One we really need is a scrapbook material. I’ve looked everywhere & can not find a ‘scrapbook’ material. You know, with scissors, glue, pictures, scrapbook pages etc. Printed on the material. Please think about that & see what you can do. Thanks

  2. Hi Missy,
Lori has a new collection coming out in November called Happiness is Handmade through Riley Blake Designs. I’m not sure if the thumbnails are up yet, but keep you eye out, I think you’ll be happy with this collection! https://www.rileyblakedesigns.com/

  3. You are right, it’s so hard to find great “boy” fabric! This is just the ticket. 🙂 I love the colorways and the fun prints. That is an adorable quilt.

  4. I love it! I used the first line to make a baby quilt. Cute boy fabrics are hard to find. Keep up the good work.
