Holiday Gift Tags with Michelle

Gift giving is my favorite holiday activity. I really enjoy shopping and wrapping and making each gift uniquely special. This is Michelle, and I would like to share some holiday gift tags that I made using using files from the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop.

I crafted a set a four different holiday tags and packaged them in their own special box, which I also made with my Silhouette Cameo. The tag set includes an adorable Santa, a Snowman, a Penguin and a Polar Bear that can be purchased individually from the Silhouette Design Store, or you can purchase them all together in a Christmas Tag Bundle at the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop.

These are easy to assemble and are so much fun to put together! A touch of felt and glitter really makes the designs “pop.”

Using papers from the Echo Park “A Perfect Winter” Collection, I made a sweet little box to house the tags. These are perfect for gift giving, but I’ve decided to keep these cuties for myself! When the tags have been used, I will use the box to hold to store ornaments until next year. The box is actually a Candy Box with removable insert compartments that have a sweet scalloped edge. The Candy Box and can be found in the Silhouette Design Store along with the Compartment Inserts, or, you can purchase the Candy Box at the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop. I enlarged the Box a little bit to house the tags. To do this, simply group all of the pieces together before enlarging. The lid has a clear acetate insert so I can see how many tags I have left.

I hope that you’ve enjoyed my Holiday Tag Set.

Happy Crafting!

Baby Month Sign with Anita

Hello Everyone:

Happy Monday.  I made this sign set for a friend’s daughter who is having a baby in January.  I used Lori’s cut file called Baby T-Shirt Months which you can find here in her store and here in the Silhouette Store.   I also used Scalloped Shapes for the background of my months and you can find that file here in her store and here in the Silhouette Store.  I used Lori’s Echo Park collections called Happiness is Homemade and I Love Family.

I bought a chalkboard stand online and put two sided sticky tape on the back of each oval and then stuck a piece of wax paper over the tape so that they wouldn’t stick together.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out Lori’s store for these cut files and many more new and fun cut files.

Hugs,

Anita

Twist Pop Early Autumn Card and More with Michelle

Happy Labor Day! I’m Michelle Zerull from Pinch Your Chic and for me, Labor Day signals the end of Summer and the beginning of Autumn. Even in 80-degree weather, I’m anxious to get out my fall decor and start those fall crafts. Today I would like to share a cute Twist Pop Card to announce the Fall Season.

I used papers from Echo Park’s “A Perfect Autumn.” I love the colors! By adding a lot of white, it lightened the mood for this time of the year. When opened, the card sentiment literally pops! Isn’t that a clever design? 3-D Crafting is awesome!

The Twist Pop Card Digital Cutting Files can be found in the Silhouette Design Store or at Lori Whitlock’s Digital Cut File Shop. Lori has many different styles of this Twist Pop Card available, and with this Video Tutorial, they’re easy to put together.

I had so much fun playing with my pretty “A Perfect Autumn” Papers, that I made a coordinating Milk Carton Treat Box too! This little carton can be also be found at the Silhouette Design Store and here at Lori’s shop.

And if you put both projects together on a sweet little 5X7 Paper Serving Tray (or here at Lori’s Shop) that you crafted, you have the perfect gift to present to a friend or neighbor to start “A Perfect Autumn!”

Happy Labor Day!

Dream Big Little One Light Box with Anita

Anita here with a quick tutorial to use some of Lori’s adorable phrase files in a fun and different way.  I used the file called Dream Big Little One 2 which you can find here in Lori’s wonderful shop and here in the Silhouette store.  I used files similar to these to embellish some baby onesies.  When I found this box at a craft store I knew I could make something cute with it.  I used Lori’s brand new Echo Park Collection called Perfect Princess.  It is a very sweet line.

Here are the materials for this project.  I used some fun milk paint which was so soft and pretty, and some Mod Podge at the end to seal my letters, stars and moon onto the project.

Here is a photo of the top of the box.

Here is a photo of the front of the box.  You can see how cute this paper line is.

This is a photo of the top of the box with the light on.  It runs on two AA batteries.

That’s it for me today.  Be sure to check out Lori’s store for this and many other amazing cut files.

Hugs,

Anita
