A Special Giveaway

About a month ago I was contacted by Lori Gentile about a new kit club she’s starting. She wanted me to contribute to her monthly kits. I thought it sounded interesting and decided to join in the fun. The site launched TODAY. And, it’s so cute! You need to go check it out.

Gossamer Blue is a new monthly kit club dedicated to inspiring and motivating memory keepers and crafters alike. Each main kit is well coordinated with a mix of products from multiple manufacturers. The best part? Each main kit features a set of Lori Whitlock digital designs. The digital file contains both SVG (for use with electronic die cutting machines) and PNG files custom colored to match the kit (for use in Photoshop and/or Word). The designs are current, stylish and practical and can be used over and over, again.

This is the first month’s kit. Isn’t it CUTE!

Here’s a layout created by Cindy Liebel using the new kit. You’ll notice that she used a special edition of my “7 Tabs” cutting file found HERE. Great layout Cindy!

How about 5 chances to WIN this beautiful kit ($34.95 value)?

Cards, cards, cards

Today I want to share with you what the talented Carolyn has been up to. She has a few cards she has created using papers and shapes that Lori has designed.  First is this teacher card that uses Echo Park’s “Charming” collection.  I love that it is more mature looking yet still has the school feel, great job Carolyn.

Next is this adorable card from Echo Park’s “Hello Summer” collection. The paper and tree were designed by Lori.  I love how Carolyn wrapped the leaves with the twine, cleaver idea.

Finally is this simple yet beautiful card. I love the white space surrounding the birdhouse. Thanks Carolyn, these are beautiful, as always.  She has posted more info for these cards on her blog here

Charming and Graceful

Can you ever get enough of these beautiful collections from Echo Park designed by Lori? I know I can’t, so when I saw these pages by Natalie, I just had to share.   First she showcases Echo Park’s Graceful collection.

Then of course Echo Park’s counterpart to Graceful, Charming.

Thanks Natalie for your hard work, these are beautiful.  Happy crafting… Lisa

Letter Box

Linda Auclair has been one of my biggest cheerleaders over the past few months. She’s such a sweetheart! Last week she sent me the photos of this darling letter box that she made out of my Happy Days collection produced by Echo Park Paper. I think it’s quite a clever project and thought you all might want to see it. And, Linda has so thoughtfully written instructions and you can download them HERE. Leave Linda some comments to let her know cool this is! If anyone has projects they’d like me to feature please feel free to send them to me at info@loriwhitlock.com. And, to all my Echo Park fans out there… I’m working on some super awesome new products that I just can’t wait to share with you! Have a great Tuesday!

Season’s Greetings Cuteness & Giveaway!

You’ve got to see the darling projects that Happy Life Crafty Wife created with my Season’s Greetings collection that I designed for Echo Park!! Tamara is seriously one talented girl.  She’s inspiring me to pull my Season’s Greetings paper out of it’s perfect little package (I have to admit, I have a lot of paper still in the cellophane bag – I’m always busy designing more!) and create something fabulous… like her ornaments, tags, or embellish some cute boxes. And, just so you know, if you visit her website you can comment on her POST to WIN a collection kit (tell her LORI sent you). Hurry… the contest ends FRIDAY the 30th!
