Cookies For Santa Layout

And the countdown to Christmas is on! Who’s ready? NOT ME!! But I did take a great cookie decorating class recently to have some cute Christmas cookies and what a better way to show everyone the cookies than creating a layout!

I used the Echo Park Paper line that Lori designed called Santa Claus found HERE.

I used 3D Cookies For Santa SVG from Lori’s website found HERE. But instead of making it a card, I added a background to the words and used it as a title. I cut one of the cookies and turned it into a shaker piece for one of my embelishments.  The rest of my embelishments were sickers and chipboard pieces from the paper collection.

A2 Santa Claus Card

Hello crafty friends, Noelene here today! I want to share with you a cute Christmas card from the Lori Whitlock file called A2 Santa Claus Card ( SVG, Silhouette). This is such a cute fun card to make.
Once I cut all my pieces I embellished the red layer (including his hat and suit) with a Christmas holly swirl embossing folder. This was a simple step, but effective I think. Then I glued my pieces in place. I cut a strip of gold & red Christmas ribbon & glued it down onto the base of my card. Lastly, I glued everything into place, and used foam squares to pop Santa up for some fun dimension.

5×7 Santa Claus Box Card

Hi there!  Seems the summer has flown by and it’s time to start thinking about the holidays.  Lori has quite a few new Christmas files new in the shop.  So for you early Christmas card makers you can get started now.  I used her new 5×7 Santa Claus Box Card in the shop or you can find it in the Silhouette Online Design store.

I love to make Lori’s box and envelope cards, they are my favorites.  I couldn’t resist this one and I love how he came out!  They are so easy to make and they fold flat for mailing.  I’m hoping to get an early start on my Christmas cards with these adorable files.  Wish me luck! ~Cathy
