Santa Set with Corri

Hi everyone!  Corri here today sharing a couple of cute Santa projects to help get you ready for Christmas.

I cut the Santa Square Card (Silhouette, SVG) and the Santa Suspender Box (Silhouette, SVG).  This card is so cute and goes together really quickly.  It would be a great card to make in multiples for friends or family. I added some texture to the hat pieces by using an embossing folder.

The Suspender box is also very easy to assemble and would be so fun filled with candy.  Perfect for secret Santa,  It’s large enough to tuck a gift card inside too.   I hope you like these cute Santa projects.  Check out all the adorable Christmas files in Lori’s Shop.

3D Pumpkin Pie Tutorial with Corri

Hi everyone!  Corri here today with a quick tutorial for this adorable 3d Pumpkin Pie (Silhouette, SVG)

To get started you need to cut 8 each of the pieces.  You will have box bottoms, box tops plus the small scallop pieces to create the crust on each slice and the hearts.

To assemble the bottoms of the slice boxes, fold along all the perforations.  Next, apply glue to the glue tabs and hold in place while they dry.

To assemble the tops of the boxes, first, glue the white hearts to the inside of the box behind the hearts.  I found it was easier to apply the glue to the box rather than the die cut heart.  This helps keep the glue from bleeding over the edges.   Next, fold along the perforations, apply glue to the glue tabs and form the box.  Finally, apply the “crust” to the back edge of the box.

Now,  just arrange your slices in a circle to form the complete pie.

This pie is super adorable!  You could fill each box with candy for your guests on Thanksgiving Day

Halloween Treat Bags with Corri

Hi everyone!  Corri here today sharing some cute Halloween treat bags.  My daughter only has 8 kids in her class this year so I wanted to make some cute treats for her friends.   These 2 on 12 x 12 Tag Bags are perfect! (Silhouette, SVG)   I love how I can get two bags out of one sheet of cardstock and there are several cute characters to choose from!

I used orange cardstock for the bag and some cute pattern papers from Doodlebug for the tags.

To make sure the ghost and pumpkin stand out on the tag, I created an offset for them using the offset feature in the Silhouette Studio Software.

Gift Card Holder with Corri

Hi everyone!  Corri here today sharing my version of Lori’s new gift card holder.  Christmas is less than a week away and it’s time to wrap up last minute gift items.

I give a lot of gift cards and dressing them up with a cute gift card holder like this makes them feel more special.   Lori added several cute version of this file.  I chose the snowflake version and used paper from the Echo Park – I Love Winter Collection.

 

These cute gift card holders take only a few minutes to make and would look great attached to bag filled with candy or cookies to make your gift complete.  You could even tie this to the handle of a mug and include a gift card to a coffee shop.
