Flexi Butterfly Card and Box by Brigit

Hello, here’s a cute gift set using Lori’s flexi card butterfly and small top box. You can get both of these files at the Silhouette Design Store here and here.

The flexi cards are such a unique design and look so pretty displayed. For this set, I used Doodlebug’s Hello patterned paper and stamped a sentiment on the inside of the card.

The butterfly is such a beautiful cutout it really doesn’t need any embellishments, love how the white stands out on the pink paper inside.

I welded the butterfly together to create a topper for the box to match the card making it a nice gift set.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Pineapple Box Tutorial with Brigit

Hello everyone, it’s Brigit here today sharing a quick tutorial on making this adorable pineapple box. I just added the criss-cross panels from the shaped card pineapple file. You can get both of these files from the Silhouette Design Store, here and19 here.

I used Silhouette Studio to edit my project, I have the business edition and use the files from Lori’s shop so I’m able to save my project as an svg and cut it out with my Cricut Maker.

I imported the pineapple shaped card and only kept the criss-cross piece.

I imported the pineapple box next.

I zoomed in really close and sized the criss-cross to fit inside one of the sides.

I double clicked on the criss-cross piece which brought up point editing and I selected the point in the corner and moved it so it would reach the score lines, I did that on all four corners.

I duplicated until I had 6 pieces, saved, imported into Cricut Design Space and cut out.

Added some twine, decorative brad from Echo Park’s For the Record 2 collection and some brown sequins. The sentiment is from My Creative Time and paper is from Doodlebug Design.

Hope you enjoyed this project, thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!

Floral Papercut Cards with Brigit

Hello, it’s Brigit here today to share some cards from Lori’s A2 Papercut Card Floral Bundle. You can also get these cards separately from Lori’s shop or at the Silhouette Design Store here, A2 Papercut Card Floral 1A2 Papercut Card Floral 2A2 Papercut Card Floral 3A2 Papercut Card Flower 4.

I used a couple of different textured mats behind each card to give a unique look, but these cards would look great with any kind of background. All the cards were cut out using my Cricut Maker they cut beautifully!  I also added some stamped thank you sentiments to the cards, but they could really be used for multiple purposes.

This first card I used teal cork from a dcwv mat stack with some teal sequins to embellish.

I love burlap and white cardstock together it’s my favorite combo, I added a couple of pearls on each flower.

Here I added some olive corrugate from the dcwv neutrals pack, love the addition of the buttons.

The last one I used some green glitter paper and more buttons, love this sparkly background!

Hope you enjoyed papercut cards, thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!

Gift Set Tutorial by Brigit

Hello there, it’s Brigit here today sharing a quick tutorial. I needed a gift bag for a friend and since she’s a cat lover I thought the cat on the pop up drawer birthday cat would be perfect for a gift set. You can get this file also from the Silhouette Design Store here.

I uploaded the pumpkin favor box and pop up drawer birthday cat into Cricut Design Space and deleted the pieces I didn’t need, leaving just the box and card with the cat. You can also get the pumpkin favor box from the Silhouette Design Store here.

I grouped the card with the cat and resized to 4″ x 5.25″ and then ungrouped. Since the sentiment is a print n cut I selected both the top banner and text to flatten, this turns it into a printable single image.

Next I duplicated the cat and sized it so it fit between the score lines on the front of the box. Then cut out the project using my Cricut Maker.

Hope you enjoyed this gift set, thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!

Unicorn Gable Box with Brigit

Hi there! Brigit here sharing this adorable unicorn gable box. You can find the cut file here at Lori Whitlock’s shop and here in the Silhouette store.

I cut the horn out of some silver and gold glitter paper and for the flowers and leaves, I used Doodlebug’s daisy-stripe petite print paper. I added the nose and nostrils for a little different look.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!
