Strawberry Jam Box Card Cut File

Hi there friends! Brandie here with another darling box card. This cutie is a part of the Box Card Vintage Home Bundle or you can also find it alone as the Box Card Strawberry Jam (SVG, Silhouette). This card would make a sweet birthday card, a happy hello card, a thank you card or whatever you need card. I love when a card design can work for so many occasions!

I added some enamel dots for my flower centers and embossed the strawberries for added texture. The buffalo check paper comes from the Forward with Faith collection by Echo Park and the green pattern paper is from the Summer Adventure  collection by Echo Park.

That’s it for me today. Thanks for stopping by!

Box Cards for Guys

Hi everyone! Cathy here with you today and I am sharing a couple of Lori’s Box Cards that are perfect for the guys in your life. I used Lori’s Echo Park Summer Adventure collection to create these cards. Lot’s of fun elements and out door prints to create all of her new files. First, I have the Gone Fishing Box card, you can find it here on Silhouette or here at Lori’s store.

You can find the bottle box card here in Silhouette and here in Lori’s SVG Shop. These cards are super easy to cut out as Lori color codes her files, all you have to do is sort and pick out your patterns. Then once they are cut out it’s super easy to put together as all the inside pieces are numbered for you. A little scor-tape and your done. You can easily switch out the print and cut tags for whatever occasion you need…these would be perfect for Happy Birthday or just thinking of you cards. Lori has tons of fun fonts to try out.

Thanks for joining us today! ~Cathy

Box Card Christmas Truck Tutorial with Brigit

Here’s a tutorial of putting together this adorable Box Card Christmas Truck from Lori’s shop. I used Cricut Design Space and my Cricut Maker to cut this out but you can also get this file here at the  Silhouette Design Store.

Here’s my finished truck, I added some snow to the tree and a Santa from Doodlebug’s Christmas Town mini icon sticker sheet. The patterned paper is Doodlebug’s ladybug and limeade dot-stripe petite prints.

I uploaded the truck into Design Space and ungrouped.

Selecting the truck piece with score lines I clicked the Attach button on the bottom right, this keeps the score lines and cut piece together when you cut. I did the same to the other piece with the score lines.

Select the JOY and Flatten, do the same to the Farm Fresh Christmas Trees sign, this is so you can print and then cut.

This is how the print and cut will look, you print this page out, place it on your mat and the machine will scan the black box and cut around each one.

Here are all the pieces cut out, I folded the scoreline pieces and inked the edges of the patterned pieces.

I put together the tree on the middle section first then glued and assembled the main truck piece. Then glued the middle piece flaps to the inside of the main truck. If you want you can use solid cardstock for these pieces to save on patterned paper since the pieces in the next steps below will cover both sides.

I glued down the door first, then the silver running board, the tires on top of that and last pop dotted the fenders. Next, I glued each finished side to the truck base. Last I added the Joy to the back and the lights to the front.

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Center Box Card with Michelle

One of my favorite reasons to send a card is for no reason at all. An unexpected card is certain to bring a smile. I, Michelle, would like to share a Center Box Card that I made with my Silhouette Cameo and SVG files from the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop. You can also find the Beautiful Day file at the Silhouette Design Store.

Center Box Card Beautiful Day

Although it wasn’t needed, I made a few slight variations to the design using my Silhouette Designer Edition Software. (which can also be found here at Lori’s shop) This was the first time that I had made one of these cards and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lori has a YouTube Video that shows how to assemble these cards step by step. So easy! I also love that this card is 3-D, yet it lays flat for mailing. I even made my own coordinating envelope, which is a FREE file at the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop.

Thanks for letting me share and I hope that you have a beautiful day!
