Announcing the New Lori Whitlock Design Team!

I would like to start by thanking everyone who applied to the Lori Whitlock Design Team Call. We received so many fabulous applications, it made the job of narrowing down the pool very difficult! I really appreciate everyone’s interest!

Dream Big Little One Light Box with Anita

Anita here with a quick tutorial to use some of Lori’s adorable phrase files in a fun and different way.  I used the file called Dream Big Little One 2 which you can find here in Lori’s wonderful shop and here in the Silhouette store.  I used files similar to these to embellish some baby onesies.  When I found this box at a craft store I knew I could make something cute with it.  I used Lori’s brand new Echo Park Collection called Perfect Princess.  It is a very sweet line.

Here are the materials for this project.  I used some fun milk paint which was so soft and pretty, and some Mod Podge at the end to seal my letters, stars and moon onto the project.

Digital Inspiration with Tya

Hello Lori Whitlock Fans! It’s Tya – and I have some digital inspiration up on the blog today for you. I hope you are all having a fabulous summer. It is SOOO HOT where I live and so my family is finding any way to cool off! I was going through some of my older photos and came across this one of my kids when they were younger. Nothing is funner for a child than swinging in a hammock. I remember this day so well. I ran inside for a moment to get more towels and I came out to find all the kids snuggled up together in the hammock. It was so sweet and I am glad I have photos to record this sweet memory. Here is my layout:
