Get Well Tissue Wrap Tutorial

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday! Hope you aren’t having a “ruff” day and this “doggone” cute get well card brings a smile to your face.  (SVG, Silhouette)

First thing I did was change the words to write rather than cut then I cut all my pieces and inked the edges for that finished look. Then assembled the “paws-itively” adorble little pup.

Add the heart last so you make sure its in the right spot and don’t have to move it.

Add your words to the red pieces and add the 2 red pieces to the top and front of the tissue hole. Add your score tape to the end flap.
I found this was easier to adhere and get it lined up by laying it flat like the above photo. If you are like me and and had a “faux-paw” while trying to adhere this by eyeballing it and got it crooked, you can heat the back with a blowdryer or heat gun it will losen the adhesive and make it easier to pull apart without ruining the whole card.
Add the pup and the “ruff day” word bubble to the top portion.
Add your tissue (make sure the package of pocket tissue that you buy has the hole in the center and not on an end).

Rollerblade Card

Today I’m sharing an adorable card that I made using Lori’s new rollerblade shaped card SVG file.  You can find the file at the Silhouette Store and the SVG Shop. I made this card for a little girl’s birthday card, but it could be used for multiple uses. Look how fun it is….

I used paper and enamel dots from Echo Park’s Here Comes the Sun collection that is designed by Lori as well.
