I purchased this Life Templates SQ Set 11. I have tried to download it in Artisan 5.0 and I am not able to use it. I downloaded it as a paper. Would you please help me with this if possible. Thanks!
In response to the previous comment that I made, I have contacted the Artisan representative who tried unsuccessfully to help me use these templates. I did not realize these are in the Adobe format. I can use only png or jpeg formats. Is there a way to convert these to one of thos formats? Thank you.
