Box Card Bottles Father’s Day with a Twist

Hello everyone! Today I’m showing you a Father’s Day card I turned into a birthday day card. I used this file, SVG or Silhouette.

I edited the text box to accommodate what I needed the card for, a birthday.

I used some dot cardstock from Bazzill and some metallic cardstock on the bottle caps.

I love these little box cards. They’re always so easy to assemble and the recipients always love them.

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!

Box Card Fish Pond

Happy Father’s Day (a day late). I’m sharing the cards I made for my dad and father-in-law-to-be. I created the Fish Pond Box Card, available here or here.

I popped some of the elements to give some more dimension and I used an embossing folder on my cattails.

5×7 Pop Up Card Father’s Day Trophy

Welcome to June.  It’s time to wrap up the Grads and onto the Dads.  Father’s Day is coming right up in the United States in 2 weeks.  I am now in the stage of life, where I have my Dad to celebrate, my husband, my son, and a son-in-law–all dads this year.  Good thing Lori has lots of Father’s Day card options.

My Dad makes all of us kids feel special.  He tells us each that we are his favorite, so this #1 card (SVG, Silhouette) seems fitting for a number one dad from his favorite daughter.

Check the shop for other Father’s Day cards like the ones in the Pop-up Bundle. Have a great week and hope you can make something fun this month.

Father’s Day Tractor Box Card Tutorial

Hello Crafty friends, today I want to share how I made this adorable Father’s Day Tractor Box card! The file for my project today is the Box Card Father’s Day Tractor (SVGSilhouette). Before we get started, I wanted to remind you of the 30% off sale going through Saturday in the Lori Whitlock SVG shop. Use code: JUN2024 to save big through June 15!

After cutting out all my pieces I glued all my coloured panels onto the corresponding pieces.

I wanted my wheels to have dimension, so I added some foam squares instead of just glueing them down flat.

I then created my box by folding & glueing my tabs into place. I lined up the insert first glueing one side then gently folding the card flat as I go to make sure it placed evenly before I glued the tab on the other side.

Next I layed my box flat & gently glued the front & back panels onto my box card base. The file comes with a Father’s Day message on the back that you can print & cut, but because it is not Father’s Day in Australia until September, I decided to leave it out so that I can use this card for my husband’s birthday in a couple of weeks.

My husband is a farmer, so I wanted to add a little farmer inside my box card. I have used the Doodlebug Farmer – On the Farm also available from the Lori Whitlock store (SVGSilhouette). Lastly I added some Sprinkles to embellish.

The box card folds flat to fit into envelope!

Can’t wait to give this card to my real life farmer!
