Hot Air Balloon Pop Up Box Card with Courtney

Hey Lori Whitlock fans! This is Courtney Lee from Court’s Crafts and I am here with the new Let’s Be Mermaids collection by Lori Whitlock for Echo Park AND one of her new pop up box cards – the hot air balloon one.
…. soooooo who says that hot air balloons have to be in the air? If I were a mermaid I would want to have hot air balloons in the ocean. 😉 I used my Cricut Air to write “Thank You” with the pen feature. It makes life so easy!

Okay… so I may have gotten a little sparkle enamel dot happy… I LOVE these enamel dots! They are so so so sparkly!
Here is an “arial” shot of it. 🙂 Do you like how I did that? Arial shot? It’s like “from above” hot air balloon style AND like Ariel from that Disney movie. 😉
Pick up some of these pop up box cards! They are so much fun. I would be embarrassed to tell you how many I have…. 😉 Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you have a beautiful day!

Tote Organizer with Corri

Hi everyone!  Corri here today to share an assembly tutorial for the new Tote Organizer that Lori recently added to her SVG Shop.

This little tote could be used for so many gift ideas.  I used mine to old some crayons and markers.

This would be so cute for party favors or a small birthday gift.  You could stick a gift card to the craft store for a sketch pad or more art supplies.

When you cut out the pieces, this is what you will have.

To create the tote, fold the base pieces along the score lines and apply glue to glue tabs to form the boxes.

Glue the two pieces back to back to form the tote handle.   The two additional pink pieces are cover panels to hide the seam and add stability to your tote.

The remaining pieces are for decoration.  I used paper from the Echo Park Paper – Let’s Be Mermaids Collection.

That’s it!  It’s a quick and easy project that has tons of uses.

Be sure to check out all Lori’s newest files in her shop!

Print and Cut Stamps with Kathy

Hi Everyone, Kathy here today!  Have you seen Lori’s new Print and Cut Stamps??  They are so cute!  I used the Print and Cut Stamps Fall to create this fun little thank you note…

I printed the stamped images on some watercolor paper and used some water color markers to fill the images.   The papers I used are from Lori’s The Story of Our Family from Echo Park Paper.  Make sure to take a peek at all her new Stamp and Cut sets, they are only available through the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop, but come with .PDF, PNG and SVG Files so they can be used with many cutters.  That’s it for me today, don’t forget, today is the last day of the August Sale!  Use code AUG2016 and get 30% off your order in the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop!  Thanks for stopping by to peek!

Lori’s Essential Mini Album with Traci

Hi Lori fans! It’s Traci, from Artsy Albums, and I’m happy to be back to share another project using Lori’s Sizzix dies.  For this one, I used her new Essential Mini Album Thinlits dies.  This set comes with 15 dies!  I also used her new Mix & Match flowers set.

For the cover, “The Story” title is included in the mini album set.  I added it to a label that I cut from the Perfect Labels Thinlits set and then layered all of those pretty flowers with a cute brad.

I love how Lori provided the base album page in this set, along with a layered piece for pattern paper.  The film strip frames are also included in the set … so cute!!  All of the pieces were cut from paper designed by Lori for Echo Park called Pinstripes.

I hope this mini has inspired you to go check out these sets, and all of the other fun dies and stamps that Lori has designed for Sizzix!

Happy crafting!
