6×6 Fall Birthday Wiper Card

Happy Wednesday everyone! Aimee here with you today sharing an adorable new “surprise” birthday card from Lori. She has put out a fabulous new collection of 6×6 Wiper Cards for Birthday and Christmas. I created the 6×6 Wiper Card Happy Birthday (Lori’s Shop, Silhouette Design Store) with her new My Favorite Fall collection. I have a sweet friend who has a birthday in October so I thought I would combine this cut file with the new Fall papers to wish her a Happy Birthday!

 These cards are already adorable just from the front panel but when you slide it to the right there is a sweet balloon surprise that pops up! I added some white pen lines to the balloons to give it a look of dimension.

And there is a special back panel in the cut file for writing your message to the recipient. I added a stamped and foiled sentiment to add a little more pizzazz.

I love how this fabulous card turned out and ready to make some more! There will definitely be some given away at Christmas.

Pumpkin Shelf Sitter

Hi there crafty friends! Brandie here with a Fall décor craft tutorial. I love Fall, the colors, smells, and cooler temperatures. Another of my Fall favorites is pumpkins. I usually start pulling out my pumpkins this time of year. I want to enjoy them for as long as possible before all the Christmas holiday stuff shows up.

I used the pumpkins from the Pop Up Box Card Pumpkins (SVG, Silhouette). I like that the pumpkin segments are separate giving the pumpkins some depth. I cut two layers of chipboard and one layer of cardstock or pattern paper. When cutting the chipboard go slow and make several passes. I used my machine’s pre-programmed setting and did not have any troubles. The plaid paper comes from the new Echo Park My Favorite Fall collection.

The width of the large pumpkin is 11.5 and the width of the small pumpkin is 6.5. I used the Scotch tacky glue to glue each layer. Then placed a heavy book on top of the pumpkins while the glue dried. Before I assembled the pumpkins I inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink. I then used tacky glue to assemble the pumpkin layers.

I tied some raffia and ribbons from my stash around the stems. I then glued the smaller pumpkin to larger one.

Now these cuties will be sitting on my bookshelf all season. I hope this project inspires you to use Lori’s cut files in your crafty décor pieces. Thanks for stopping by!

Camera Lovers Birthday Set

Hi Everyone:

Anita here with a really fun birthday card and camera gift box set for the photography lovers in your life.  My nephew takes amazing photos and I made this set for his birthday.   I used Lori’s A2 Shaped Box Card Camera which you can find the file for here in her SVG shop and here in the Silhouette store.  I used her SVG file called Camera Shaped Box and you can find that file here in Lori’s SVG shop and here in the Silhouette store.  Lori also has a wonderful tutorial for putting together the camera shaped box which was done by one of my fellow Creative Team members, Brandie Adams which you can find here.  I used a several of Lori’s wonderful Echo Park paper collections on these projects including I’d Rather be Crafting, Back to School and Easter Wishes.

Pineapple Pop Up Birthday Card Cut File

Hello everyone! Hope you all are having a wonderful Summer so far! If you are looking for a Summery birthday card then look no farther! Lori has some super fun and fabulous Summer Pop Up Box Cards that are sure to bring a smile to a loved one’s face!

I chose the Pop Up Box Card Pineapple (Lori’s Shop or Silhouette Design Store) because I love the sweet sentiment and the adorable little fish. These cards are so much fun to make and fun to give away!!

Strawberry Jam Box Card Cut File

Hi there friends! Brandie here with another darling box card. This cutie is a part of the Box Card Vintage Home Bundle or you can also find it alone as the Box Card Strawberry Jam (SVG, Silhouette). This card would make a sweet birthday card, a happy hello card, a thank you card or whatever you need card. I love when a card design can work for so many occasions!

I added some enamel dots for my flower centers and embossed the strawberries for added texture. The buffalo check paper comes from the Forward with Faith collection by Echo Park and the green pattern paper is from the Summer Adventure  collection by Echo Park.
