I have been hard at work! This week I so excited to be releasing the files for a premium project — a 3D Chipboard Village! These files are be available in the Silhouette Design Store AND in the Lori Whitlock SVG shop. The best part is, I will be conducting live classes, showing how to assemble the village, from Silhouette headquarters on November 9, 2021 and November 16, 2021, both at 11:00 am Mountain Time. These classes will be recorded for later viewing. I will be providing more details on how and where to watch these classes in another post. These classes are open to everyone, both Silhouette and SVG users the only cost being the purchase of the files and supplies (see below).
More on the Village: There are currently 5 pieces to this village. I recommend that you grab the entire bundle because it is discounted when purchased together and it includes the Christmas embellishment print/cut sheet. This village is meant to be enjoyed all year long — print and cut embellishment sets will be sold separately for each season. To make the village as shown, you will need the following supplies:
• 1 Package Silhouette Chipboard
• White spray paint
• Charcoal Acrylic Paint
• Patterned Paper (optional – I didn’t use any on these samples)
• Sticker Magnet Roll
• fairy lights or electric tea lights
Of course you can use your imagination to create and embellish your chipboard houses in any way you desire. Because these houses are made of 2 layers of chipboard, they are nice and sturdy! I highly recommend you get your supplies soon so you can play along! Finished sizes of the houses are:
