Christmas Tags with Cathy

Hi Lori Whitlock Fans!  Cathy here with you today sharing a mini  album that I created with Lori’s new Tag Mini Album and using her Echo Park Christmas Cheer Collection.  I plan to add a couple of gift cards and Ghirardelli chocolates squares for a fun gift this season!

I ungrouped the file and deleted the back tag so that I could use the Echo Park Christmas Cheer Elements page instead.

I then regrouped the two pieces and sized it down to 9×7 inches.  Next, I cut for tag pockets out of Kraft card stock and then the front of the pockets using the 6×6 Echo Park Christmas Cheer Paper Pad.  I inked the edges of all the pieces with Distress Ink and then assembled.  Easy Peasy!

All I had to do next was pick 4 tags from the Christmas Cheer Elements Page, cut and add them to the pockets.

After I had chosen my tags, all I had left to do was decorate each pocket.  I used lots of fun embellishments

from the Echo Park Christmas Cheer Collection…both washi tapes, the enamel shapes, chipboard and stickers!

So much fun to create with all of these wonderful embellies!

A couple of buttons, a little twine and some ribbon and I was done.  This little tag mini album is going to make a great gift!

Thanks for joining us today.  Make sure to stop by Lori’s shop and the Silhouette Design Store to see all of Lori’s new files!

Christmas Tag and Card with Lorrie

Hello there!  I’ve got a Christmas Tag/Shape Card Tutorial for you today using Lori Whitlock’s SVG files with the Cricut Explore.  Lori’s SVG files are super easy to use with the Explore.

I created a shaped gift tag and used the same file in a larger size to make a matching card.    The tag and card were made using the Santa 2 SVG file.

I made a video tutorial for you showing how to use Lori’s files with the Cricut Explore.

Thanks, Lorrie for this awesome tutorial! Visit Lorrie’s blog HERE.
