Lori Whitlock Design Team Blog Hop

Welcome to our Lori Whitlock Design Team Summer Blog Hop. Who’s enjoying the summer? I know I am! The Design Team has been working hard to share some awesome ideas with you today. So go check out all their fun projects!

I’ve created several new files this week that are available at both the Silhouette Online Store and in my SVG SHOP. I’ve created some really cute cards with a “frame” theme. First, there’s the Double Gatefold Cards that create a shaped window when closed. Use a stamped sentiment, flower, or graphic to customize these cards for many occasions. Next are the adorable gift card boxes! These boxes feature a “shelf” inside with slits diecut to hold a gift card. There are lids in several themes along with some all occasion styles. I also designed some Nesting Window Cards that are absolutely adorable when cut. These feature 4 flaps that when folded in the correct order create a nested window shape in the center. Again, you can use stamps, flowers, and graphics to customize these cute cards. And, I also created an envelope that these fit into perfectly. Oh, and don’t miss that SUPER CUTE Party Purse. It’s a perfect size for housing party favors and embellishing for any occasion. YOU CAN VIEW THEM ALL HERE. And they best part is…

Digi Shop Opening at Jessica Sprague

Masking templates and shapes allow you to clip any digital paper into these fun shapes. I love these, and if you look at the layouts you can see them used in different ways… background papers, photo masks, even die cut shapes for titles.

PS… Just incase anyone was wondering…I survived RAGNAR!! WOW!! That was quite an experience. I’m still exhausted. But, what a fun experience. My husband and I were on a couples team. I think I just might want to do it again next year : )

 

 

Grand Opening!!

Yesterday I mentioned some exciting news about my online shop… I meant to get this post completed earlier today, but it’s been one of those days… I know you know what I mean ; ) So without further delay….

Over the last 10 months I’ve been selling my SVG shapes here on my blog through WordPress. Shortly after I started doing this I discovered a flaw in the software that makes the file delivery a little rough for some customers. Some people have been unable to unzip files or they receive warnings that won’t allow them to download the file, etc. So, I’ve been working for a few months (in all my spare time) to put together a new SVG SHOP with more functionality and most of all RELIABLE delivery to YOU, the customer. I want HAPPY customers!

So, TODAY (drum roll please) the NEW SHOP is now ready to unveil!! I think you’ll be pleased with the features this shop incorporates. You’ll now be able to create a wish list, view your order history and access your downloads at any time.

Lisa and I have loaded many of my current SVG shapes, and will continue to upload more shapes. So, please be patient as we continue to fill the shop. If there’s a shape you’d like to have loaded sooner than later… please email me at info@loriwhitlock.com and we’ll get it on the “to do” list right away. Also, since the shop is new… please email me with any order problems.
