I bought the double slider birthday card but their is no tutorial. Your sight says coming on 4/29 but still nothing. I can’t figure it out without it. Help
Hi Vanessa,
I am working on a tutorial. Basically you will need a 1/2” strip of a ziplock or cellophane bag to create a loose band that forms a loop around the card base through the pre-cut slots (just use double stick tape to adhere the baggie to itself to form the loop).
Then, you’ll attach the pull tab to the back of the ziplock band toward the top and making the pull word be in the proper position on the front.
Then, you’ll strategically place the balloons on the front of the ziplock band so that they are hidden when the pull tab is in the normal position and they go up above the box when you pull the pull tab.
Then, to finish it off, you’ll attach the box to the front with 3d foam tape on the twosides of the box (be sure to leave plenty of room for the balloons to move). Then, on the back, you’ll want to cover the pull tab with the white covering panel. You’ll also need to use foam tape on that side and make a “track” for the pull tab so it keeps it going straight. Then, add foam tape to the 4 corners and the 3 sides to keep it in place. It will be flush on the bottom and have a 1/8” gap on the other 3 sides.
I hope this all make sense. I’ll try to get the video up asap showing all the assembly details.
